3. The interview is being held to fill up the vacancies and alsoto prepare await list for Vacancies
which may arise in luture.
4. Employees who have retired can also apply provided their age is below 61 at the time of
Interview and in case selected they can be retained up to 62 years
5. The ICTC Counselor should be a Braduate Post Sraduate degree/ diploma in Psychology/ Social
Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human t -‘velopment/ Nursing; with minimum l year experience
after PG degree/ diploma, of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in
HIV/AIDs. oR Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/ Sociology/Anthropology/Human
Development/ Nursing; with minimum 3 years experience after graduation, ofworking in field of
counseling in health sector’ preferably in HIV/AIDS. 1n case of those recruited from the
community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a
minirnuir one year of experience in the field of Hlv/AlDS.
